April Challenge - Flowers!

Debbie here posting my first challenge at Berry71bleu!
It's April and the saying is "April showers bring May flowers", so for the April challenge I want you to create a project using flowers. Premade or homemade, let's see lots of flowers! I love spring time and working outside in my flower gardens.  I hope you can draw some inspiration from my picture board.  All of these lovely flowers are from my garden.

Our sponsor for the month of April is Inkido.

Papercraft Scandinavia is a manufacturer that design and make unique material for scrapbooking, cardmaking and other craftings.
We design stamps, patterned paper, lace, flowers and much more in romantic vintage style. Our products are of high standard, inspiring and amazing to create with.
Welcome to us!

Our design team members each received Inkido's collection Beautiful Memories to design with.

If your project for our April Challenge includes products by our sponsor, Inkido, please  also link up your projects here:  https://www.facebook.com/papercraftscandinavia

The winner of our April challenge will win this Beautiful Memories collection from Inkido:

I chose to use a picture of me when I was a little girl.  I am in my backyard and surrounded by the flower gardens that my parents had.  I have to admit that as a child I disliked flowers and working in the garden.  It was more of a chore then an enjoyment.  As I grew older I took from what my parents taught me and embraced gardening.  In the Spring and Summer you can find me outside tending to my flowers.  For my background paper I used the Pink Memories paper.

I really love the handmade tag Marivic sent me to work with.
Gorgeous colors and embellishments!

Here I cut out a butterfly from the  Butterfly Borders paper and added it to the top of Marivic's tag.

More Inkido butterflies.

Lot of gorgeous flowers from my stash.

Lots of stamping and misting add that special touch to my layout.

For my title I made a homemade rub on.
I will be back next week to share a tutorial with you on how I made my rub on.

The second place winner will receive a prize package from Um Wow Studio:
