Easter Layout - Always Stay Forever Young at Heart

Hi there folks :)  Helen here with my monthly reveal, this time with an Easter theme.

Of course we all have Easter photos from just the other weekend & Berry 71 Bleu
has just the perfect Spring-themed/Easter tags to compliment our pages.

This is the beautiful tag I was sent to work with, full of bright Spring colors.

I was also sent the most amazing selection of supplies to use too -
the very same  ones used in the custom kits at Berry 71 Bleu's
  sister-store on Etsy - Zeus & Zoe.

Almost everything I used on my page is from what I was sent, except for the
alpha stickers, Prima bling, brad, Jenni Bowlin Vintage buttons & the ribbon.

Working with B71B tags is so SIMPLE, especially when mixed
with the wonderfully well co-ordinated kits at Zeus & Zoe.

They take your page from DRAB to FAB in one easy step -
just stick it down and your done!

Of course there are also other things that you can do to showcase your Easter photos
to perfection.  Here I created a SIX WORD LONG TITLE using 4 different
types of alpha stickers together with the "FOREVER" word chipboard.

Journaling is also vital to remember all the details of the event so don't
forget to include the date & whatever else springs to mind!  Use your
own handwriting if you want something quick, easy & personalized.

I took another sheet of detailed paper I was sent and fussy-cut it then laid it
over the corner of my page, using 3D tape to raise it up slightly for more dimension.

Then I added a bow underneath the photograph, using a piece of grosgrain
ribbon I had saved from a box of Easter chocolates.  I just inked the ribbon
with a touch of lime,  to match my page, then "V" cut  each end to stop it fraying,
and tied a knot through it for some interest!

I fussy-cut the sweet birdie & scroll from the same piece of patterned paper
that I used for the corner detail and adhered it without any dimension, as it
was behind the photograph but I did raise up the edges with some pop-dots.

I adhered some beautiful Pansy vellum paper underneath the photograph.
In the photo above you can see it peeking out the top - I punched a
butterfly design across the top for a light, Summery feel...

Lastly I had fun embellishing with buttons, brads, flowers and small
sections of Prima "Say it in Crystals" swirls - cut into small twirls,
to create a clear visual triangle of black rhinestones.  Can you see it?

You can have just as much fun as I did, playing with Berry 71 Bleu tags too!
Just take a look HERE and make your selection!  The stock in the store
is particularly DROOLWORTHY at the moment.  All tags are hand-made
so every piece is an INDIVIDUAL and when it's gone it's GONE!!

I do hope that I have INSPIRED you to create some luscious Easter pages!
