Cards of Our Love by Virág Réti

Hi My Crafty Friends,

Today is the day of love. :)

Do you feel the emotions in the air?

I decided to create something special for my boyfriend. I don't want to prepare a big layout so I choose normal card size and I cut two pieces. It is two separated sheets, but the pages are connected to each other with a yarn. This way it looks like as a page pair of a notebook.
The notebook of our love. :)

Do not forget to join ou monthly challenge.

Here is the fantastic mood board:

And here are all the details about the current challenge:

Mixed Media Birthday Card - Denise van Deventer

Hello Everyone

It's Denise here today to share my take on the sketch challenge this month.

Here's a reminder of the sketch.

I created a mixed media card using some Graphic 45 goodies from my stash.

It has a steampunk theme to it.  I used some cogs, which I heat embossed, along with some fussy cut goodies and a gorgeous tag! ;-)

I also used some copper crackle paste and paints for the background.

So now we would love to see what you create.

Long a favorite of card makers and scrapbookers, BoBunny papers, stickers, albums, brads, buttons, trinkets, jewels, ribbons, stamps and kits are always hot topics on consumer message boards. Each item still carries Jan's personal attention to detail and color, but she's no longer doing it all on her own. Her team of graphic designers, each with different styles and expertise, help to create the variety of product lines that BoBunny is known for. Whether your taste is whimsical, elegant, classic or playful, there's something for everyone with BoBunny.

You have until 30 September.

Today & Always ATC cards by Virág

Hi Crafty Friends!

I prepared two ATC cards for our September challenge.
For the base of the cards I cut a paper bag and than I glued them together.
After that I cut strips from blue papers with different patterns. On our monthly mood board there are stars so I stamped some of them in several styles.
This is the result:

Here are some close-ups:

Don't forget our monthly challenge!

More details are here.

Birthday Card by Denise van Deventer

Hello Everyone

It's Denise here today, to share my take on this months challenge! ;-)

Here's a reminder of that gorgeous Carnival mood board! ;-)

I made a Birthday card, which is a little out of my comfort zone! ;-)

It is good to be pushed sometimes to create something a little different.

Here's a closer look.

I used bits and bobs from all over, along with lots of gold and silver shimmer.

It's a decadent card, but think that's what this mood board is about...glimmer, shimmer and Caaaaaarnival! ;-)

So now it's your turn! ;-)
