Hello Everyone
It's Friday and super day to get the creativity juices flowing, just in time for weekend creating! ;-)
It's my turn to share my take on Dana's mood board.
Aren't the colours in this mood board just amazing!!!
I wanted to incorporate all the colours and so here's the page I created.
It's Spring/Summer here for us in Africa and so this is my absolute favourite time of the year and the Californian Poppies in my garden were the perfect colour for this mood board. They bring so much colour to the garden.
The title of my page, was the super digi stamp from JellyPark and the gorgeous leafy chipboards from Creative Embellishments.
I added texture with some gesso stencilling and gauze and then did some watercolouring and stamping. The papers are from the BoBunny Autumn Song Collection, which were the perfect combination.
There is still lots of time for you to play along...
So we would love to see your take on this mood board too! ;-)

Maja Design Corp is based in Uddevalla, Sweden. We are dedicated to create unique and high quality vintage inspired patterned paper for scrapbooking and crafts. Maja Design was founded in November 2007, and since then, have grown to supply over 70 retailers in Sweden and 90 all over the world. Founder Marie Jansson says: "In the fall of 2004, a dear friend asked me to join her to a scrapbooking course. From that moment, I became totally amazed and thrilled by all the beautiful papers and decorations in the art of scrapbooking. After some time as a captivated scrapper, I got curious to create my own patterns. I have always had a devotion for color and form. I had access to great printing facility, as I worked at a printers office. Since 2007, I have been blessed to be able to work with my great passion - to design and create colored coordinated paper.

DeleteOh Denise, this is a stunner. The deep, burnt orange and ochre colours are perfect with the Iceland Poppies. They always remind me of my darling Mother. Love the textural movement across the page. Gorgeous :D
