Happy Monday, everyone! Today I would like to share my page inspired by Tusia's awesome challenge: Simple Pleasures.
Things do not have to be big, to be pleasant. Please feel free to find inspiration anywhere. What do simple pleasures mean to you? Our challenge hostess Tusia created the mood board using some wonderful images from Pinterest. Whether you prefer muted colors and simplicity, or bold, fresh colors and profusion, we hope you find something to inspire you!

I chose to go with the gorgeously vibrant colors in the fabulous papers from one of our generous sponsors, 7 Dots Studio, and created this:
My simple pleasure is singing in the car. I have an awful singing voice but,oh,how I love to sing loud and strong anyway. Fortunately, God graced me with a child that sings like an angel and together we belt out Broadway and Disney songs as we make our way down the road.
I made all the sheet music flowers on the page and added bling from our sponsor, Molossi. to the centers and scattered on the page. I used the new Marion Smith Bloom tool and was inspired by this tute for the ruffled flowers. I punched leaves from a printed word strip from our sponsor, Dark Room Door, and colored them with gelatos. See my tute on the small blooms here.
The music chippies are from Leaky Shed Studio. I used Wow! copper embossing powder and rubbed patina Rub n' Buff all over. I then added Ranger's crackle medium for some extra texture.
For the larger note chippies, first I colored them with blue and green gelatos. Then I rubbed in gold gelato and misted with Heidi Swapp and Lindy's Stamp Gang mists.
I hope you are inspired to create your own project about your Simple Pleasure!
