As new year approaches, today we would like to announce some changes in our Design Team.
As you know, our Design Team Coordinator and Social Media Coordinator is Marie Johansson - kind-hearted and sweet soul, that is very devoted to her role in our team. However Marie has also other duties (especially her personal and family life) so Paivi from our team decided to help her and take over the role of Social Media Coordinator. So from January we will have Marie Johansson as Design Team Coordinator and Paivi Jankala as Social Media Coordinator. Thank you Paivi and Marie xxx
In the meantime two new ladies joined our team - Laneen Hatt and Marelle Jackman.
Here is what they want to tell you about themselves.
Let me introduce; I am Laneen Hatt and born at 13 April 1972 in the Netherlands. Mother of two gorgeous kids, a boy of 15 and a girl of 12 years. Still living happily together with their father and my hubby in Duiven, Netherlands.
I started on a very young age, because of my very talented grandfather and uncle, to draw, but want to do more! To be creative on many different ways; like drawing and making my own clothing, dancing, acting, Origami, Sumi-é, photography and just making something creative out of wood, paper, cardboard, etc. My sister in law is the one some introduced me to Scrapbooking about 3 years ago and I loved it right away. If I have to describe my style, than it would be Mixed Media. But I am still developing my style.

And here are remaining members of our Design Team, that will inspire you in 2017.

My “style” is colourful and playful. I often use a lot of papers and embellishments. I try to have the photo in focus, and to reflect the feeling of the photo in the layout. I love playing around with different mediums like paint and gesso, and I believe every layout needs a bit of black colored stamping on it. Over the years I think my way of creating has developed from “pure” scrapbooking to become more Mixed Media Scrapbooking. If I would call my style something – well maybe Playful Punk Chic? (if i do a romantic layout, I can´t help giving it a playful twist…).
Guest Design Coordinator
I started scrapbooking a number of years ago, but only really started seriously scrapping after my son was born, about 7 years ago. I am a South African, a devoted mother, giving wife and happy creator! I am a very happy scrapper and love creating layouts, as well as cards and altered projects. I am not sure that I have a particular style, probably somewhere between classic and shabby chic, but recently I have also done quite modern & love mixed media pages. I love chipboard & embellishments & I am always keen to try new things.
I am currently on the DT at BoBunny, which has certainly been such an honour & a privilege and I am also author and DT at Scrap Africa & DT at Berry71Bleu and FabScraps. I previously was on the DT at Enmarc Crafts, Zeus and Zoe & Let's Scrap. I am a very versatile scrapper and create altered projects, cards and pages! I love anything paper and love trying my hand at a new idea! I think that is why paper crafting is such a passion for me, because it is ever evolving with new papers, new tools and new crazes! So whether it’s layouts, cards, mini albums, tags or altered projects, I enjoy them all &would be happy to create any of these.
Many things inspire me and my son and family are definitely two of those things. I also love colour and layering, but sometimes clean and simple does the trick. I love photography and really enjoy taking good photo’s that can later be scrapped. I truly believe that great photo’s make for great projects. I have been so grateful and pleased to have a number of my pages published in the Scrap365 magazine, as well as Scrapbooking Memories & Scrap Affairs. I would love for you to pop over to my blog & see some of my work there too! :) My blog address is Strawbs Patch and would love it if you popped over & said HI!
My name is Bea and I live in Budapest, the capital city of Hungary.
I work as a purchasing manager, but the most important thing in my life is my family (guess it's not a unique thing :)).
I met with scrapbooking after a year of my little daughter's birth in 2014. She is now 3,5 years old and usually she is in the center of my creations.
I was very happy to find myself in mixed media. I always loved creative things, but I wasn't very good in it. But I feel that scrapbooking suits me . I really enjoy it: the process of creating (including the mess and dirty hands :D) and the upshot as well.
Scrapbook moms usually says that scrapbooking is a calm island, and this hobby is where they can split from the child rearing for a couple of hours. Well, it's not true about me :) There is always a little hand who wants to help me, or always asking what I am doing and why (why is repeted at least 3 times). Sometimes it's hard, but I am glad that she enjoys scrapbooking too and I can share with her this experience (and I have to tale you that she use modelling paste perfectly, even I never show her the how to - you can watch her tutorial video on my Youtube channel - yes, we had to record it)
This is one of the biggest thing in my scrapbook life to be here with you as a guest designer. I would like to thank you the opportunity, and hope you will love my inspirations.

My name is Jessika but I usually use the nickname mrssandman in the scrap world. I live in the very north of Sweden with two sons and my partner. My children are often the focus on my layouts because they love to be in front of the camera as much as I love to document their life. Besides from scrapping and crafting I am currently studding to become a art teacher whiles I am subteaching where I am needed. I have been scrapping since 2006 on and off and love it because it is so versatile, it is only the last couple of years though that my scrapping has really become a big part of my life. I am a mixed media scrapper but I also really dig Clean and Simple projects.
I am so happy to join Berry71Bleu, it's gonna be a blast! :D

My name is Virág Réti and I live in Budapest, Hungary. I work as an online marketing manager on weekdays, but my passion is scrapbooking. This is not just a craft activity for me, it is my real holiday and time for relaxation. My scraproom is a calm island in this busy world. I started scrapbooking 5 years ago, but last year when I met mixed media scrapbooking techniques in an American YouTube video I felt that I found my line, the technique what I was looking for. My style is a little vintage and grunge, sometimes romantic and shabby, but I cannot define exactly. I am able to reform day by day. My favourite products are chipboards, beautiful papers, paints, mists, nowdays flowers, tags. I am able to prepare layouts in different styles, it depends on my mood, the embellishments and the papers I use. I am coffee lover. I love to sing out loud, but my voice is horrible. And I know, I am a bit crazy, because normal is boring for me. :) I am happy to be here in Berry71Bleu Team, and I hope I will be able to inspire you!

I´m Päivi and I live with my family, my husband and our son, in a small town in north Sweden. For a very long time, for at least 20-25 years, I have made my own cards for different occasions but I started with scrapbooking in the fall 2009 when I made my first layout. Nowadays I mostly do layouts and cards but also sometimes other projects. My scrapbooking style is something like "Clean and simple meets mixed media". I love colors and using colors on my projects.

My name is Anna Wiśniewska - Wiosanka. I live with my family in Poland, in a small village near the Baltic Sea. My scrapbooking passion is creating mixed - media layouts (the most with pictures of my two sons), but I am also addicted to making albums, canvases and frames for pictures. I like to play with colours very much - my projects are full of colours, a little messy, always splashed with lots of different media.
I’m absolutely thrilled and excited to be part of Berry 71 Bleu Design Team!

Hi everyone, my name is Carole and I live in Christchurch, Dorset near the sea. I am married to Phillip, we have one daughter Jessie, who I mostly scrap and we have a cute little fluff ball Bichon called Millie. I have always made cards and first started scrapbooking when a friend invited me to a class in her home and I was hooked. This way I could keep my little piece of art instead of giving it away! That’s what she said anyway! I do both of course! I have always loved craft and making things, I have crafted ever since I can remember and I did fashion design at college. I always made clothes and I think I have tried most everything in the crafty world. I craft daily and am at my happiest in my little craft room making something pretty. I think my style is shabby chic and pretty, I always use flowers and find it hard to complete a project without them! I love using colour as an inspiration and have often asked Jessie to wear something that I know will compliment a paper or flower that I have in my stash! I also love sketches to get my mojo going. I love being on Design teams as I love to inspire others with what I do. I am really excited to be a part of the Berry71Bleu team for a second term, the challenges are amazing!
We hope that you will be back for our new challenge at January 1st!
