Mixed Media Layout - Special Guest Designer - Elena Martynova

Hello Everyone

We have a super Guest Designer today.
A warm welcome to a previous winner, Elena Martynova! ;-)

Here's a little about Elena! ;-)

Hi! My name is Elena Martynova. I live in a big southern town in Russia.
I have a large garden, dog and three cats. The bulk of the time I do housework, raising children and creativity. Creativity is my favorite hobby. I really love making albums, pages, cards and notebooks.
I like to work in various styles, but my favorite is mixed media.
I am addicted to stamps, creative mediums, dies, colors and papers! My style is most of the time very colorful. I try to express my mood in everything I do.

Elena created a gorgeous page...
Here's what she said about it.

The moodboard of the new challenge was very inspiring to me. I made a layout with photo of my daughter. I used new collection of paper Roze Quarz by Prima Marketing. The Board gave me the idea to choose the sheet with a wooden print. I also used a lot of flowers in delicate yellow and pink colors. To add greenery to my work, I refreshed leaves of flowers with green spray by Lindy's.

Here's the beauty.

Let's look a little closer...

Thank you so much Elena for creating this gorgeous and beautiful page.
Please pop over to Elena's blog to see more of her work and inspiration! ;-)

Art Journal Page by Denise van Deventer

Hello Everyone

It's Denise here today, to share an art journal page with you.

Here's a reminder of the gorgeous mood board this month.

Here's my take on it.

The sentiment is: It's Your Time to Bloom.

I used stencils, inks, paints, gesso and chipboard to create this page.

Here's a closer look.

These chipboards used are Celebr8 chippies and the cherry spring blooms were perfect for this page.

We would love to see your take and you still have until the end of the month.

Love Life Everyday

Hi everyone
I just adored this months mood board as its Winter here in Australia and it was so nice to create a bright layout!

I took my inspiration from the Yellow and Pink!

I used Dina Wakley paints, Dylusions mists, black cotton and black Ink and staples.

Never stop dreaming!

Hello Crafty friends!

Today I like to share my take on the May Moodboard. I got inspired by the colorful and spring feeling of this moodboard.

I found myself for this challenge a piece of cardboard, which I decided to make something with. When I thinking of spring, sunshine, etc, than the first thing that came up in my mind is: "Never stop dreaming" and enjoying the beauty the nature is showing us. And this is what I came up with.

If you like to see what I have used to make this cardboard, you could check out my blog: http://laneen.blogspot.com/2017/05/never-stop-dreaming.html

Hope you are inspired to join our challenge this month, looking forward to see all the beautyfull things you will make.
