Believe Canvas with Dana Tatar


Hi! Dana here today sharing a 6x6 canvas that I created for the February Mixed Media Challenge. I used two stencils on the background of my canvas, a doily stencil with molding paste and a dot stencil with pink ink.


I love Marivic's handmade tags and layered one on top of some Manor House Creations flowers (from Molossi) and some vintage buttons from the Zeus and Zoe Etsy Shop.


I finished my canvas with a piece of beautiful Molossi Chipboard. I colored it with some two-toned embossing powder. I embellished the "i" with some Molossi Sticky Bling.

Mixed media, in visual art, refers to an artwork in the making of which more than one medium has been employed. For this challenge, create a "mixed media" page, canvas, card, etc. using more than one medium. Example: paints, mists, textured paste, gesso, chalks, inks, rubs, embossing powder, and more!
